Nick Lucas

Nick joined Bayleys Dunedin with a passion for selling businesses five years ago and with Bayleys partners has built a business sales network around the lower South Island. Along the way he caught the commercial property bug adding commercial sales and leasing strings to his bow.

I also really enjoy helping business grow or adapt into new premises and with commercial landlords and investors who underpin it all.  It is such a strength to have a keen understanding and experience in each discipline.”
