Nick Beard

Nick brings to Cutlers his boundless enthusiasm, energy and passion to his role as a property sales consultant.  With nineteen years of experience participating in sports teams, Nick will use his ‘teamwork’ experience and foresight to proactively communicate and guide you through every detail of the real estate transaction from the first phone call all the way to the close.  Nick has the philosophy that the customer’s needs and concerns are his number one priority.  His goal is to be available to his customers and to work with their best interest in mind – all the time.
Born and raised in Dunedin, Nick has strong ties to his community, and loyalty to Dunedin and his province.  As a current member of the Otago Cricket team, Nick repeatedly demonstrates his ability to adapt to any situation, an attribute you will need of him in during the Real Estate process.    
Having acquired rental property himself, Nick has an understanding of the market, the economics of buying and selling, and how to leverage all the tools available to get the best results for his clients.  It is his goal to take a seemingly complicated process and make it understandable.
