Natalia Nicholls

With a Bachelor in Business Studies majoring in Property Management and Valuation from Massey University, I began my real estate career in 2008. I have worked in various property roles from Crown property clearance and disposal work to Asset Management, as well as Residential Property Management.

After living in London for two years I have returned to Palmerston North to continue my career in property management.

I know that in this industry no two days are ever the same, and that is exactly the work environment I enjoy. This style of work has enabled me to develop very strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as a high attention to detail due to the precision requirements involved in much of my work. My flexibility, capability to learn new skills quickly and ingenuity in difficult situations have made me a valued member of what is a very tight knit team.
