For over a decade Moritz has been actively working in the greater Auckland real estate market. Specialising in residential sales and property management as well as commercial leasing Moritz offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients rivalled by few.

After a long and successful carrier with some of New Zealand’s largest real estate companies Moritz began building his own real estate agency in 2010 as an independent - M2 Real Estate. A successful boutique agency located in the heart of the Waitakere business district the company quickly grew and expanded Auckland wide.

In 2017 M2 Real Estate became part of the Harveys/L.J Hooker real estate network and now operates as Harveys Henderson.

With Moritz still owning and operating the business the team he has built is rapidly building a strong presence in the market with continued expansion and improvement on the horizon.
