Hi, I'm Moira Teono. I have been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. I joined because I enjoy the flexibility it gives me to work closely with clients and help them make informed decisions.

Purchasing and selling homes can be a stressful process and my aim is to make the experience a smooth one for everyone concerned. I like to think that my point of difference is the time I spend with clients listening to their requirements and simply giving them a level of service that is both professional, friendly and with 100% commitment.

I was very proud to be involved with the Oxfam Trail Walk in 2007 - our team of four real estate agents walked 100k each in 28 hours to raise money for Oxfam. There were some sore feet that day! 

 

In my spare time I enjoy watching my girls play netball & basketball and spending time with friends and family.

To keep my costs down Moira started off just advertising online and locally in one newspaper, this is beneficial to most people trying to keep expenses down to a minimum and I appreciated it as my property did not need any more advertising. In response to your request we can sun up our response to the service provided in one word.  Excellent.  Our initial contact was leaving our name and contact details on a voice message.  Moira Teono was the agent who responded and with whom we had out initial property viewing.  At Moira's suggestion we viewed a second property, 20A Karu Crescent.  We fell in love with it and the rest, as they say, is history.  It's important to emphasise that the vendors circumstance required sensitive handling.  Moira showed gret sensitivity and carefully nurtured both parties through the process to achieve a result we as buyers are certainly very happy with.  Post confirmation Miora has responded promptly and efficiently to every request we have made. 

 

Finally, we need to declare that Rob is a recent retiree from a 17 year career as real estate licensee and Muriel too was fully involved on a weekly basis ina  support role.  As a consequence we looked at Moira and the agency through different eyes.   It has been a very satisfying experience.  We have been extremely well served by Moira and could not have wished for better.  A true professional, with a lovely, friendly manner.  We would be pleased to recommend her and have already done so.
