Coming from a Management background, Mike, a young family man, is keen and energetic, and thrives in the Property Management business. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Mike is able to assist many of our overseas clients in tenanting and managing their properties.

Mike prides himself in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, excellent property to tenant matching and getting the best results for his landlords and tenants. He makes sure things go right by applying his understanding of legal rental processes to his managements, tenant selection, inspections, communication, arrears and addressing concerns before they become problems. He also works to enhance his landlord’s peace of mind by ensuring good market rents are  paid and by advising any maintenance issues so his tenants live in environments they enjoy and look after.

Mike is building a successful portfolio of tenants and loyal landlords. His goal is to constantly maintain strong relationships with all his clients and believes the key is great communication, and by delivering the best of service and results in the best professional manner possible.
