Mike Barnett has been selling real estate for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every real estate transaction he is involved in. His passion for matching the right property with the right purchaser has given Mike an established sales history, and a high profile that has resulted in over 70 percent of repeat business. Some of his many high-profile property sales include Bushey Park Estate (marketed and sold three times), Raincliff Station, Caberfeidh Station (marketed and sold twice), Kaiwarua Station and many historic country homesteads. Mike worked the high country around the South Island as a deer culler and then farmed deer in his own right for 20 years whilst working in the real estate industry. This experience has led to a thorough awareness of clients requirements and assures confidence from his vendors and purchasers. Mike was originally raised and educated in Nairobi, Kenya and immigrated to New Zealand when he was 19. He and his wife, Adrienne have three children; their eldest daughter lives in Japan with her Japanese husband and two sons, his son has his own Irrigation business and is married with one daughter, and their youngest daughter and her husband have one daughter and two sons and are farming sheep, cattle and grapes in Marlborough. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, hunting and yachting.
