Originally from Tauranga, Michelle spent a few brief stints studying and working in Queensland before returning to the sunny Bay of Plenty. Michelle’s background consists of Sales and Mortgage Lending in the Banking sector, investment property ownership, dairy farming, a short stint in Kiwifruit orchard ownership along with a 10 year career in the IT industry working in a consultancy capacity with Microsoft customers worldwide encompassing program management, software licensing, system implementation, process development/improvement and team leadership.
Michelle currently lives on a small lifestyle block in Whakamarama, with her husband, two teenage daughters and a menagerie of animals. She enjoys getting out and about, meeting people, travelling, reading, and spending time with her family. She is interested in landscape photography, interior design and enjoys spending time at the beach and entertaining.
