She became very familiar with the entire spectrum of upmarket visitor accommodation in Queenstown as well as nationwide by running New Zealand's first internet-based custom itinerary planning service for discerning overseas visitors. As a true "local," she has vast first-hand knowledge of the area. Michelle has had a passion for customer service throughout her diverse career and always strives to exceed expectations.
