Having lived in the wider Howick area for over 18 years, Michael has a good grasp of property dynamics in this evolving market and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle benefits that the Eastern Beaches location offers.

Michael’s decision to join Bayleys was based around the respected reputation the company has across the Auckland region and nationally. With enviable marketing initiatives, established track record and networks, and the support of an experienced and professional management team, Michaels is able to add value to his clients’ real estate journey at every stage of the process.

Diligent and driven, Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Spatial Design, a Diploma in Graphic Communication, and has worked for the biggest Chinese radio station in Auckland as a current affairs presenter.

Able to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds, Michael’s fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin enables him to easily deal with a broad range of clients, and makes him a valuable member of the Bayleys Howick sales team.

His genuine interest in helping people attain their real estate goals makes Michael a pleasure to do business with, while his open communication style means clients are always kept well-informed of market happenings and of property feedback.

A professional badminton coach for over 12 years, Michael has also been chairman and club captain of the Lloyd Elsmore badminton club, Vice President and selector with the Auckland Badminton Association, and has received many awards within the sport. He remains involved as a volunteer, and also regularly lends his help to the local community.
