Michael Block is an Associate Director of Bayleys Investment Team which specializes in the sale of investment and development properties.
He is a qualified valuer and an associate of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
He has over twenty five years’ property experience gained in valuation and agency and upon joining Bayleys in 1996 from the UK. He has an extensive client base with sales of over $300,000,000.
Michael has also been responsible for co-ordinating a number of offshore marketing initiatives and exhibitions including ‘Investment New Zealand’ and he was an owner of Bayleys North Shore where he was manager of the commercial team until 2017 when the franchise was purchased by Bayleys Realty Group.
He is an established investment agent with a substantial client base of contacts both throughout New Zealand and offshore.
