Born and raised in Jiangsu Province, China, Mei Chen has lived and worked in many cities throughout China including Nanjing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Beijing. After immigrating to New Zealand in 2012, Mei travelled extensively throughout the country exploring our diverse regions before arriving in Queenstown, the place that Mei now calls home with her partner who is a long-term Queenstown architectural designer.
