Megan Newlove

In 11 years in real estate with Eves Megan Newlove has applied her formidable aptitude for effort and terrier like tenacity to assist hundreds of clients in successfully buying and selling. The bulk of her work now comes from repeat business and referrals from past clients.

Megan has lived in Mount Maunganui for 36 years, brought up a family, owned a takeaway bar in Papamoa for two years, a motel in ‘The Mount’ for seven. If more evidence of hard work, energy and commitment is needed she was an aerobics instructor and a body builder “in a past life”. 

Her intensive and extensive knowledge of her region combines with a real gift for the efficient and stress free matching of people with properties. She keeps completely up to date with property activity in her Mount Maunganui/Papamoa area, and still sells in Tauranga where she has also specialized.
