Earlier this year I employed Matt Ryder from Bayleys Real Estate to market my home in Avonhead Road, Christchurch having previously met Matt and been extremely impressed with Matt’s professionalism and real estate knowledge at an open home in 2013. Matt first contacted us and asked if we were wanting to sell about a year before, at that stage we weren’t quite ready, so told him to call back a few months later.
