Matt Gordon

Matt Gordon operates from Bayleys Real Estate’s head office in Maritime Square and is a rising star within the Corporate Leasing team. Matt has completed a Bachelor of Business studies majoring in Property Valuation and Management. During his studies, between 2006 and 2009 Matt completed an internship at one of Auckland’s largest commercial valuation practices.

Between 2010 and 2012 Matt has been a director in many business ventures from starting a merchandising and labelling company to putting together various music events, with the largest catering to over 2,000 attendees in both 2010 and 2011. During these endeavours Matt has attained strong negotiating and relationship skills which have complimented his move back into the commercial real estate profession.

Since starting at Bayleys, Matt has moved from the Property Management team to the Corporate Leasing team where he feels  his strong work ethic , people skills  and attitude  will be of greatest assistance to Bayleys clients . Matt is supported and mentored by two of the top people at Bayleys and is constantly pushing himself to be one of the top agents in New Zealand.
