Mary-Louise Squire

Having had an interest in real estate from a young age (buying her first house at the age of 19), it was a given that Mary-Louise Squire would eventually build a career around her love of property.  To this later career, Mary-Louise brings 25 years of working with precious jewellery, selling diamonds and other gems around the Pacific.  Now, she is ideally placed to buy and sell other gems – namely, the beautiful country and coastal homes of the East Auckland region.

 Mary-Louise lives rurally herself and has a love of all things equestrian that has drawn her to be a Committee member at Whitford Pony Club.  Understanding the needs of her local clients, and with a wealth of knowledge of rural and lifestyle living, Mary-Louise has an honest and straightforward approach, and prides herself in providing excellent service.  She has a genuine interest in the people she deals with and enjoys thinking outside the box to find innovative and effective approaches to selling as well as matching people to wonderful new homes.

 Mary-Louise remains current with the latest in marketing and legal property know-how through regular training.  Working for Bayleys Howick, she enjoys the support of a great local team and strong national and international brand.
