Introducing Rob, Martin and Teresa
We are extremely proud to be the first ONE AGENCY office in NZ. This ground breaking real estate concept is the fastest growing real estate group in Australia and is now in NZ. The unique ONE AGENCY platform allows us to continue offering the same commitment, experience and results our vendors are used to but without the constraints and costs of belonging to a big franchise. This enables us to offer a fee structure designed to put money back in our customer’s pocket – where it belongs.
As the first One Agency office in NZ we had to meet some pretty tough requirements. One Agency Principals are all well-known and respected real estate professionals who have used the unique One Agency platform to open their own operation. Having such a vested interest in the success of the business, and with our name on the company door it’s even more important that we keep providing great care and attention to clients to achieve premium results.
Having worked in the industry for more years than we would like to admit and for three of the country’s largest companies we now have sales in the area topping $200,000,000. Yes, there have been accolades for results as sales consultants but we were still not satisfied with the status quo. With rapidly rising property values there has been a large increase in dollar terms of commission fees paid to real estate agencies to market and sell a residential property. Constantly striving for the best results for our clients we figured there had to be a much fairer way and have opened our own agency to prove it.
One of the greatest advantages of a tight family unit working together is the wide range of skills and experience we can offer. Rob has been in the industry for well over 20 years and Teresa not far behind him, starting her first role as an Office Administrator in 1986. During their time in the industry Rob and Teresa have both developed strong networks and referral business. Their negotiation skills, knowledge of the industry and professionalism stand them in good stead and are the cornerstone of our business. When Martin joined Rob and Teresa he brought his own set of skills and knowledge gained from his background in property finance, his own build project experience and previous seven years in the real estate industry. Martin has an uncanny ability to quickly put people at ease and easily builds good rapport with his clients. He likes to spend the bulk of his time out and about amongst our network of clients, contacts and the community.
At the end of the day we just want to do the best possible job for our clients that we can. We want to continue to grow our business and support the community we live, breathe and work in.
