Mark has a diverse background which has enabled him to gather a skill set that is particularly suited to helping vendors receive great service and achieve exceptional results in the sale of their homes.
Having graduated from Auckland University in 1999 with an Arts and Law degree Mark moved to the United States to take up a position with a non-profit organization where he was involved for four years in leadership training, curriculum development and public speaking. This time allowed Mark to hone his communication skills and build confidence in his interaction with people of all ages.
Upon returning to New Zealand in 2003 Mark completed his professionals qualification for Law and took up a position as a solicitor at a local law firm in St Heliers Bay where he specialized in property and commercial law and, in particular, residential conveyance. His background in property law has been of great benefit to the clients he has worked with and has enabled him to offer and present creative solutions where legal issues, in particular, have been an initial barrier to achieving a sale.
With this background in communication and law and 5 years of selling real estate in the Bays and Central Auckland, Mark brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to the sales process. His fresh, clear thinking will inspire confidence and his enthusiasm, diligence and integrity will ensure a minimum of stress and a fantastic outcome for the clients he works for.
Consistently one of UP’s top selling agents; he has a track record that is proven. Mark is passionate about the Bays, where he grew up and now lives with his wife Emma, daughter Zoe and son Matthew.
