Previous to his Real Estate career Mark Warren spent twenty years producing and directing broadcast TV and corporate video. Productions required working directly with developers and realtors. Some of the larger real estate projects he produced for include Westmount Apartments, Carolina Place Apartments, Westward Ho Apartments and Highgate Towers.

As a member of the very successful Action Real Estate team, he benefits from the established systems and success-based methods led by the principal of the business, John Foot LLB, MBA. Mark’s passion is in producing marketing campaigns that create desire, and hence better buyer competition. Getting the best deal for the vendor completes the process. He develops and maintains his relationships with regular communication and solid results.
