中介简介

Specialising in dairy farms, finishing and grazing blocks, Mark strives to be the number one farm salesperson in the Bay of Plenty. He understands this sector well and works closely with his clients to achieve a successful outcome. Hard work, honesty and total commitment underpin all his undertakings, Mark’s clients always come first. He has an intimate knowledge of the wider Bay of Plenty area and has a real understanding of what makes a lifestyle block tick and a productive farm operate.

From a dairy background over the last twenty years, Mark’s positive and optimistic attitude is beneficial in assessing each property’s characteristics. A canny ability to recognise opportunities to achieve success, Mark is loyal and tenacious to the point of not ceasing until success is achieved. A vast network of contacts built up throughout his career as a sharemilker and farm consultant, and a genuine affinity with rural folk, support Mark’s focus to ensure maximum value is achieved on every property sale he is involved in. As a strong believer in the team approach Mark understands the needs to listen to his clients’ ideas, goals and wishes prior to any strategies being implemented. Mark knows the rural mind-set and recognises the challenges facing the farming community.

Mark was awarded the accolade of Bayley’s National Rookie of the Year in 2016/2017, an outstanding result as he was up against Country, Residential and Commercial sales agents from across New Zealand; having produced more than $35 million in property sales for the same period means Mark sits within the top 10% of Bayley’s Sales people nationally and finished 2016/17 in the top 15 agents for Bayley’s Country.

Born and bred in the Drury area and schooled at St Kentigern’s, Mark completed a degree in management studies at Waikato University. Upon completion of his studies, Mark’s love of the land and farming led him to contract milking from where he progressed into 50/50 sharemilking. Mark is a staunch Vodafone Warriors supporter and can often be found at Mount Smart Stadium with his sons, as well as the Mad Butcher on occasion. As well as following rugby league Mark has wide sporting interests, which includes being a low handicap golfer.
