He also works closely with new and existing sales consultants to showcase the benefits of a career within Harcourts.

In addition, Mark assists the Harcourts team with career progression, helping people find their perfect fit. This can be a move from administration to sales, from sales to management, from management to corporate, and sometimes the exciting step into business ownership.

As well as having had a successful real estate sales career, working for Harcourts in Christchurch, Mark ran a UK-based recruitment company that connected international candidates with New Zealand employers in the construction, finance and IT sectors.
