Mark Evans

Mark is a key member of the Hawkes Bay Commercial and Industrial team. Joining in 2019 to provide sales and leasing services across the Hawkes Bay in all sectors of the commercial market - Industrial, office, and retail property.

Since then, Mark has sold a wide range of both freehold and leasehold properties, in all price ranges as well as many vacant or semi occupied buildings, add value opportunity, development land and investment properties. Mark was awarded No 1 Eastern Realty Top Commercial salesperson 2020, in his first year.

He has quickly adhered himself to local investors, landlords and professionals as one of the most trusted sales and leasing agents in the Hawkes Bay. Testament to Mark’s strong work ethic, integrity and reputation to deliver an unparalleled service leads to much of his business coming from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.

Moving to New Zealand in 2010 Mark relocated from Wales after a decade or more in a regional and national business development role in the asset finance industry where his primary focus was to build solid business relationships with key business clients, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities and setting business goals.

Forced to re-evaluate his future during the Global Financial Crisis. Mark followed his passion for property by returning to study Land Management at The Royal Agricultural University in the UK and in New Zealand at Massey University where he went onto meet his kiwi partner Fiona and children to set up home in Ahuriri.

The Welshman, a passionate rugby supporter shares our good old kiwi values of work hard and play hard. Active in in the community as he is in work, Mark is a proud supporter of Bluff Hill Bowling club, Omni Gymnastics, Taradale Cricket and Carol’s by Candlelight at the Botanical Gardens. He is also trustee at Tamatea Intermediate school.
