Having lived in the area for almost 20 years Mark knows Mt Roskill and Three Kings well.
He offers his clients both local expertise and industry knowledge from his 18 years in real estate. He has been predominately involved in residential sales, but has significant experience in tenancy issues having previously managed two of our company’s rental divisions.
As part of Barfoot & Thompson’s non-franchised network Mark is able to work with the company’s 900+ salespeople, all of whom have connections across a wide range of communities in the area, to ensure your property is promoted as widely as possible.
Mark deals with only a small number of properties at a time. He believes any more will compromise his efforts in doing a good job for you. He works to a plan, with the purpose of achieving a successful sale at the best price the market will pay.
