Lucy Shelton

Lucy is a real estate professional who joined the Point Chevalier branch of Barfoot & Thompson when it opened in 2007. Previous to this she had personally bought and sold many properties herself and was acutely aware of the associated stress and mental anguish that can happen when dealing with an asset as large and valuable as your home. To this end when she entered the industry her objective became to “reduce her clients stress levels by providing a smooth sales transaction process and taking care of all the issues that can arise by keeping the parties well informed”. 

After many years working in the marketing, travel and advertising/print media industries, Lucy firstly sold real estate in the Epsom and Mt Eden area supporting an established real estate salesperson and perfecting her property marketing and advertising techniques. Lucy’s background in marketing and advertising enables her to develop effective marketing plans and compelling property advertising that attract maximum interest to your home.
