Louise Wake

Louise joins the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness team from a strong rural real estate background, having s pent the past eleven years as a top performer in rural real estate in Hawke’s Bay. Prior to her career in real estate she spent 17 years managing a pip and stone fruit orchard in the region. Louise was closely involved within the pipfruit industry as a director of Fruitpackers HB Co-op Limited and Pipfruit NZ Inc as well as chairing the National Research Committee (Pipfruit) for seven years. Louise’s background has given her an extensive knowledge of horticultural, a wide network in the industry and an in-depth understanding of the local orcharding and lifestyle community. This in combination with her professional and dedicated approach to real estate is reflected in her stellar track record of results.
