Louisa Old

I moved to New Zealand from Yorkshire on 2003 with my husband Chris and our 2 daughters. We chose to live in the beautiful Bay of Plenty for the lifestyle it has to offer, the beaches, the sunshine, the fishing and so much more. The Bay is relaxing, yet has the cosmopolitan feel of a vibrant city. We love it here and couldn’t dream of being anywhere else.

My husband and I have renovated and built many properties both here and in the UK and continue to do so.

My career in the sales industry spans over 25 years, over which time I have experienced significant progress in the way businesses market and advertise their product. This is particularly relevant to the Real Estate business, and with this regard I offer a fresh and modern approach to the business.

As a proven, successful sales person I pride myself on my listening skills. I hear the wants and needs of my clients and customers and act accordingly. Reliability and communication is hugely important to the success of my work.

I am passionate about working with and for people and I look forward to the positive and exciting times ahead.
