My name Is Louis Sage.

My enthusiasm and interest in property has led me to continue a career in Wellington’s booming real estate market after having previously sold property in New South Wales.

I have acquired essential knowledge and a deep understanding of client interaction and customer service upon completion of my three degrees, an Associate degree in Business Administration and two Bachelor degrees (in Hospitality Management and in Property Management) at the International College of Management Sydney.

In addition to my academic background, I have gained in my previous professional experiences valuable expertise in client care and have developed effective selling techniques through extensive contact with clients.

It has taught me the importance of treating each client as an individual with differing requirements and needs. While it is essential to be sales-driven, I am convinced that it is also critical to balance this by fostering a professional relationship built on trust and understanding.
