Liza grew up in the property industry. Her father was the renowned architect, Vlad Cacala, so she understood the ins and outs from a very young age. You could say that property is in her blood.

Growing up in Remuera, Liza has unsurpassed knowledge of the Eastern Bays area and an unbridled enthusiasm for the real estate industry. This, mixed with her unique combination of experience and skills, makes her a formidable salesperson. 

Liza has launched and managed a number of successful businesses, including a landscaping company where she was able to indulge in her love of fine outdoor spaces. She understands the importance of property exteriors and uses her experiences to help her clients form the best first impression for the buyer.
