With 22 years’ experience in Property Management, and thirteen years of senior level experience within the real estate sector, Lisa Sargison is regarded as one of New Zealand’s leading industry experts.

As the General Manager of the Bayleys Property Management team at Bayleys House, Lisa is charged with overseeing a team of dedicated residential property managers, evaluating the efficiency of the division and implementing strategies to ensure the team is operating at its maximum potential.

With a strong commitment to customer service, Lisa believes her clients should always come first and encourages her staff to dedicate their time undividedly to understanding the needs of their landlords and tenants.
