On face value Lisa’s role is a complex one. As Michelle Ward’s Personal Assistant she’s responsible for everything from daily administration and the general logistics involved in running marketing campaigns to helping an array of different purchasers find the perfect property.

But fundamentally her days revolve around one thing - ensuring each and every person she and Michelle deal with enjoys an exceptional experience.
