Tracie Thome

Originally from South Africa, Tracie and her family made the move to New Zealand in 2012 and settled in the beautiful Doubtless Bay area in 2020 where they thoroughly enjoy the family-centred and more relaxed lifestyle that the Far North is famous for.

With over 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, Tracie accumulated vast business knowledge as well as valuable skills in customer relationships and satisfaction.

In 2021, when a change in career was needed due largely to the effects of the pandemic, she joined our  Ray White family as a Property Manager and is proud to have completed her Level 4 NZC in Residential Property Management.

She enjoys the diversity of her role, finding positive solutions and creating satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved when any challenges arise.  Her strong communication and negotiation skills as well as her friendly, down-to-earth nature sees her getting along famously with people from all walks of life as well as making her the perfect fit for our Ray White Doubtless Bay team.

Outside of work, Tracie loves spending time with family and friends and working within the local community.
