Liam has been in sales for most of his life and been told he’s a natural salesperson due to the following experiences and qualities he possesses.
Starting with selling surfboards and snowboards - as that was his recreational pursuit and passion at the time, then as an adult, as most males do - he started getting into cars and this led into car imports and sales. So a natural progression was into property sales.
In 2009 the first property was a 1960s derelict K’rd property which he converted into a successful coffee franchise (now Scullery). He also acquired and managed within a short span of 3 years an $8m portfolio of commercial and residential properties for an investment firm with properties in Mount Eden, Symonds Street and Albany. With this experience his parents contracted him to project manage the build of their bach in Mangawhai Heads. It recently came second in the ‘Book-a-Bach’ hospitality awards.
