Les is a very successful and hard working real estate agent in the greater Dunedin and Mosgiel areas.

With more than 29 years of high level real estate sales experience ($385+ million - Residential, Commercial and Business Sales), Les has much confidence and success in communicating and negotiating with people from all walks of life, and his friendly personality and outgoing nature enable him to enjoy people and vice versa.

Les’ property sales career began in Invercargill (Bob Robertson Real Estate), and within two years he says he was fortunate enough to become the top residential sales person in the office of six, which was the largest real estate agency in Invercargill, at that time.

Les later went on to work with Southland Real Estate, being one of the company's inaugural team members. The company quickly became a dominant force in the real estate market in Invercargill and he enjoyed several successful years with them before moving to Mosgiel with his family.

From Mosgiel Les established his own real estate company with the express focus to market investment property throughout New Zealand; this included both residential, and syndicated commercial property, and after several highly successful years, culminated in the business being sold to a syndicator.

Personal Background. Born and raised in the port town of Bluff, the most southern town in the South Island of New Zealand, in his youth, Les spent much time on his dad's commercial fishing boat, in the Fiordland Sounds, fishing for crayfish, and on the East coast of Stewart Island fishing for blue cod.
Married to Desiree (Les' Personal Assistant), for 38 years, and living in Mosgiel, the fastest growing area of greater Dunedin, has been a delight and continues to be so since their daughter Chantal, and son in law Luke, have also made Mosgiel their home. This comes with the added joy of being so handy to their grand daughter Zoe.
