My wife Viv and I, have over the last 30 years, bought and sold a number of properties with the assistance of a variety of Real Estate companies and Agents. However the sale of our property in Papamoa in August 2015 stands out as the most rewarding on a number of counts. We approached Leon and Aja who are Agents for Eves on the basis of a recommendation and referral made by a friend.

The things we liked:

Leon and Aja were thoroughly professional without being aggressive or pushy. They stated the alternatives and varying scenarios clearly and gave us in depth advice and guidance; but most importantly we always felt we were in control. It was our property and our decisions.

Their advice on matters of selling by Auction and using a professional photographer to market our property probably gained us an extra $50,000 when we sold. We liked their low key style of communication. Nothing was too insignificant and they took pains to explain all matters simply and without fuss. We liked the fact that they treated even our most bizarre questions or concerns with politeness and seriousness.
