Lee-Anne Walker

Lee-Anne is ranked among some of the leading Real Estate salespeople in Upper Hutt. Since starting her career selling property in 1999 and now with 12 years’ experience, she has produced outstanding results in real estate sales, selling both Residential and Lifestyle properties.

Lee-Anne first became involved in Real Estate in 1982 – her first job from leaving school was as Receptionist/Typist at Michael Hutcheson Real Estate based in the old Library chambers in Christchurch. The business was later taken over by Collins Real Estate.  Lee-Anne was a sole charge Secretary/Receptionist to owner Stephen Collins, Paul Wright (Branch Manager) and 14 sales consultants, based in the head office in Rotherham Street, Riccarton.

Lee-Anne’s extraordinary professional achievement along with dedication and loyalty has qualified her recently as the number 2 ranked salesperson in the Upper Hutt office for the year 2015/2016. Lee-Anne’s achievements are the results of a passion for the business, hard work, integrity and a deep understanding of the wants and needs of the many individual clients she deals with.

She believes firmly in the values of traditional old fashioned personalised service and is committed to making the often daunting challenge of Real Estate, whether it is selling or buying, a positive experience for her clients.  Her achievements are detailed below.
