I understand the need for sellers to maintain a level of control in the selling process, and I guide, rather than dictate, toward the end goal, of a premium price sale.
With over 20 years of personally buying, developing and selling my own property, along with my insight from nine years in the mortgage and finance industry, I am well placed to support clients through the buying and selling of real estate.
A Grey Lynn expert in what’s selling, what’s sold, and insights of the buying public, gives me an edge over other agents. Add to this, a high level of communication, close attention to details, and constant daily feedback with vendors, selling with me could not be easier.
My prior experience in securing property finance for hundreds of clients enables me to provide extra support and knowledge to those who are less experienced in property ownership. My empathy, a deep understanding, and attention to detail involved in buying and selling, mean I can smoothly and respectfully guide clients through the processes, while keeping them fully informed of all the options that are available.
I do pride myself on my ability to understand the needs and wants of my clients, and have the philosophy of ‘providing the highest level of service’ at all times. I will go above and beyond what is necessary, for the sake of my clients.
Outside of my work life, my passions include flying helicopters in NZ and overseas, riding motorbikes around NZ and on racetracks, travelling and exploring the world with my wife Sussan, and exercising our slightly overweight small bichon.
