Since moving to Tauranga in 1981, I have seen first-hand Tauranga grow from just qualifying to official 'city status', to being where it is today - New Zealand's sixth largest city. After living on a lifestyle block in Bethlehem since 1992, I have become passionate about residential and lifestyle property, and with 10 years' experience in property investment, I am able to use this extensive local knowledge to your advantage.

PERSONAL

I started my working life as a mechanic, but over the years has re-trained and run various businesses in the horticulture industry, property development and the importation of American motor-homes and caravans.

Kevin is married to Yvonne, has 3 adult children, and 2 grandchildren.  In his spare time Kevin enjoys the gym, fishing, walking and spending time with family and friends. Whenever possible Kevin likes to get away and explore New Zealand in the motor home.
