Kerry Ludbrook

Kerry Ludbrook comes from a long line of local descendants who have been farming in the
Bay of Islands since the first missionaries. The combination of his experience and passion of
farming, sales expertise and refined negotiating skills have afforded Kerry a very successful
career since winning Rookie of the year in 2007 with PGG Wrightsons. Following this he was
recruited by the Bayley’s brand taking up the position of Country team Leader. He brought
his experience and unparalleled reputation to the Ray White Group in 2012 and is a Top
Performer in the Kerikeri office.
His culture of providing excellence to all clients in an ever-changing market has seen Kerry
accomplish superior sales results and achieve many awards.
Kerry has extensive geographical knowledge of Northland farms, orchards and coastlines
which has been invaluable to both Vendors and Purchasers. He understands the
complexities of all types of farming; has been involved with the purchase of land for carbon
credits and forestry as well as selling G3 and Red Kiwifruit orchards in the region.
Kerry’s reputation for high performance is derived from his proven integrity, professionalism
and ability to market properties to the highest value. Focusing on trust and transparency
which has seen him excel in his areas of expertise. Kerry understands and respects the
privacy of vendors, often achieving sales without advertising through his long term contacts
and investors. He specialises in the larger sales having achieved premium prices in
Northland.
Kerry continues to actively run a bull fattening unit of his own and enjoys surfing and diving
along the coastlines of the Bay of Islands and Far North.
