Kerry Geange has an Honour's Degree in Planning and almost 20-years of experience as a consulting planner in NZ and the UK on multi-million dollar private and public projects as an expert, public consultation, project and programme management, and sitting on project boards, including for the Mayor of London on the largest and highest profile traffic programme London had ever seen! 

 This impressive and successful background has shifted well into commercial real estate, with Kerry making over $10M in regional property sales and leases in just his first year of being licensed. This spectacular achievement was made while learning the industry and managing a high performing commercial real estate team in Hawkes Bay which achieved its best ever results for its clients. 

 Motivation to achieve the best results for clients in either leasing or sales is what drives Kerry, and his background in business, town planning and large development projects means he can see opportunities in a property that others can’t.
