Upon meeting the delightful Kathy Hawkins you’ll be sure to be introduced to the essence of the local Hawkes Bay friendly folk.  Having lived here her whole life and raising her three children in Taradale, Kathy’s has an intimate knowledge of her local area.

Passionate about the region and for helping people Kathy was always interested in the real estate industry.  As the owner of many properties herself,  she offers in-depth personal experience from both sides of the hand shake when buying a property in the Napier, Taradale, Clive and Bay view areas.

Since joining the industry in 2007 following an extensive career in sales Kathy has found her groove.  Her honest and friendly approach to helping her client’s sees her personally involved in every situation as she endeavours to achieve a win:win for both parties.
