Karen Phillips

Karen has been selling Real Estate in the Rodney District since 1992 and managed a Real Estate office from 1996 until 2009. She has completed Real Estate Qualifications which entitle her to hold the Individual Agent Licence under the REAA 2008. Karen has a wide knowledge base in Real Estate having dealt with rural and lifestyle blocks, bare land and farms, however she is also comfortable dealing with properties closer to town. Karen has excellent communication skills and has an affinity with both Vendors and Purchasers, and enjoys taking the stress out of the buying and selling process for her clients. She is well-informed and well-organised, and has the confidence that comes from her years of experience and training in Real Estate.
