She brings to the table over 16 years Real Estate experience as a top performing salesperson in her area, having been a real estate business partner, mentor and valuable team member in nearby Ashburton.

Karen attributes her success to being a great listener, understanding what her clients want to achieve and making it happen. She is not one to sit back, her ?if it?s going to be, it?s up to me? attitude and is constantly looking at ways to maximise her service and add value for her clients.

She has a friendly, warm, positive attitude and is passionate for Real Estate.

Strong negotiation skills, combined with hard work and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for every client, are key factors in her successful outcomes and repeat business. Karen considers it a privilege to represent her clients in buying and selling property and has made many new friends along the way.

Returning to her home town Christchurch, after thirty years of being away Karen is excited about once again living and working within the community where she grew up.

For Karen, family comes first! She is lovingly supported by her husband and two adult children and enjoys hobbies including local church involvement, walking her two Chihuahua dogs, the outdoors and overseas adventures.
