Karam has long graduated with a Major in Property Valuation and Management and a Minor in Human Resource Management. Over the years Karam has managed to enter the market in real estate, experiences in managing family properties as well as the recently sold business (Digi Parallel Imports). Further Karam started gaining a foundational experience working as a Business Developer with LJ Hooker, later as a Letting Specialist with Barfoot & Thompson. Now with these experiences Karam has created a solid foundation to help launch his new brand as a Sales Person in Ray White, Millwater.
Karam is an ambitious, enthusiastic person who is highly driven for the success of what is set before him. Karam has grown up in a family where its background has always been revolving around owning businesses, this making him have an understanding on the importance of services in order to bring satisfaction, experience and most importantly profit for the survival and reputation of the company.
Since young Karam has been taught to show integrity to himself, family and others. His approach in life is founded on faith and faithful he is. Through number of people, Karam is known by a can do attitude and is a believer of the saying ‘all things are possible’. In regards to business Karam understands the importance of meeting people, creating relation and a strong genuine bond. Because of this, Karam has taught himself to keep regular contact to see how people are with the community he is in, people from church, previous employers, colleagues, clients, university students, lectures and so forth.
