Julie Quilty

Julie has lived in the Franklin area for more than 30 years and with her husband has raised a family of 3 girls on a lifestyle block.

Formerly a teacher Julie has taught in a number of different schools in the Franklin area, mainly focussing on secondary schools.

Real estate has been a passion for her and for the last 5 years she has been selling both residential and lifestyle blocks. Buying or selling a house is one of the most stressful situations that people can be involved in. Julie will guide you smoothly through the process from your initial contact with her to handing you over the keys at settlement. She is committed to ensuring the experience is as pleasant and stress free as possible with good communication being paramount. Julie is firmly focussed on meeting the needs of both buyers and sellers. She is a hands on agent and will be seen out in the community dropping flyers, talking to people, and joining in community events.
