Julie Parkinson

Julie is a long time resident of Tauranga having moved here with her family in the mid 50's, and is delighted her parents made the choice of Tauranga over Taihape.

After spending 30 years in the finance and banking industry, the last 14 years in the financial planning field, Julie decided 2010 was to be a year of a career change and has recently joined the Eves team.

Her previous role as an Investment Adviser, often would see Julie meet clients who had a vision of how they wanted their money to work for them but hadn't worked out how to make that vision a reality. Everyone is different, and when clients are putting their life savings in your hands, they need to trust you and feel confident that you will do what is best for them and their money. It is the same when buying or selling a property. Clients are looking for professional service and someone who will work with them to achieve their vision.

Julie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning through Waikato University. In 2006 she was runner-up Westpac Financial Planner of the Year and is an affiliate member of the Institute of Financial Advisers.
