JP Claassen was raised in a family that understood and capitalised on the opportunity of property renovation and development. "Growing up I started helping by decorating and furnishing the properties before we would market them. Dad was also in the building industry and from time to time would build new houses for clients - the typical houses that we would build was high value Golf Estate properties and this is where my love for the property industry was founded". In 2001 JP became registered in South Africa as a licensed Real Estate Agent. JP's formal education was extended to complete various marketing courses, and he subsequently commenced the marketing and selling of Cape Town property. In 2010 JP established his own property rental company. This business grew quickly to be managing a portfolio in excess of 200 properties. "Due to the many years growing up in an environment of homes being maintained, repaired, and renovated I then decided to take this knowledge and in 2013, I started a Property Maintenance company".
