I began my real estate career in 1994 following a strong interest in property and a background in the building industry, both as a tradesman and as a sales agent. My sound, no nonsense, down to earth approach, attention to detail, making sure my clients are kept well informed and making the process less stressful are some of the qualities my many repeat clients say are an asset to them when buying and selling property. In 2004 I gained the National Diploma in Real Estate qualification and I am a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. I specialise in marketing and selling residential property, subdivisions and lifestyle properties in Rangiora and surrounding areas. My appointment as Sales Manager at Harcourts Belfast means I can continue to provide North Canterbury with the upmost professional service. Outside of real estate I enjoy mountain biking, travel, following sport and spending time with family and friends.
