John Shutkowski

John Shutkowski is a licensee and a hands-on investor and developer with his own portfolio. He joins with his wife, Galina, to form a formidable real estate duo for Bayleys Manukau. If you’re looking to maximise your real estate opportunities, here is a team with more direction than most.

John has exhibited a life-long passion for property - he built his first home at the age of 22 and is currently looking into developing eight terraced houses. With a history of buying and selling himself, he is well positioned to help guide you towards your own real estate goals and financial freedom - and he genuinely enjoys helping others either sell or purchase and leap into the next stage of their lives.

Fuelling John’s real estate expertise is the importance family and fitness play in his life. John has competed as a body builder and played senior A rugby. He is a proud dad who shares a love of motorcycles with his two sons (an avid member of the Harley Davidson club) and is especially proud that four of his children have now made their own forays into property ownership.
