I feel very fortunate to have chosen you to sell my property. Seventeen years of happy memories and I wanted it to be a positive happy ending ,which it was.

Several other agents also wanted to list my property but I liked your style and you didn't jump in with the most expensive marketing plan to sell me as they did. They read the situation incorrectly, therefore they did not suit me and would not get my property to list.

I had not found a property to purchase and felt so nervous the night before my auction, even threatening to withdraw it. You calmly told me that I should continue with the auction and that I could increase the reserve to give myself more time. That turned out to be the very best advice to give me and all turned out so fantastically well in the end.
