Cutlers Ltd is part of the Real Estate results network a group of high performing real estate offices from throughout Australasia guided by top Business Strategist Michael Shergold. The benefit of belonging to the network is that we have a highly trained group of sales people and property managers that can provide the best possible service to our customers.

Working in Real Estate has been very satisfying for what I have been able to achieve personally and the great people I have met either buying or selling property and the friends I have worked with.

I started in Real Estate in 1988 with Robertson First National. I franchised a branch of Robertson First National in 1994 under Cutler Real Estate MREINZ and changed the name of the company to Dunedin First National in 1998 then to Cutlers in 2007. The reason for the change was to join the Real Estate Results Group and take the business to another level of professionalism.

We often deal with people in very stressful situations but our job is to take the stress out of selling and to make sure that we always work in the sellers best interests.

I was on the Board of the First National network and have served the Otago Real Estate Institute for over 10 years.

Dunedin is a great place to live with my wife, three sons and a daughter.

At present I work with a supurb group of real estate professionals in sales and property management.
We sell arpproximately 15% of the homes and commercial property in our area and have one of the biggest property management portfolios in the South Island. We enjoy change and are constantly looking at improving our knowledge and service.
